Real stories of life after migraine

I've been looking at my computer screen for nearly an hour trying to express my feelings toward a man who gave me my life back.

At age 14 I started to have minor migraines, and as each year passed, the pain got worse and worse to the point that by age 26 the pain had taken over my life. Every year for the past 9 years I found myself stuck in a darkened bedroom, blinds drawn, unable to see, hear, or talk to anyone. My baby girl didn't have the mommy she deserved, and she didn't understand. At best I might have 7 or 8 months for each 12 that I lived.
