Living with daily or near-daily headaches? A long-term approach with no downtime, built around one outpatient session.
Chronic migraine is often accompanied by persistent aura, nausea and vomiting, vertigo, neck stiffness and numbness or tingling in the extremities. Over time it can bring depression, anxiety and other mood disorders that add to the burden.
For many families, chronic headache means missed school and work, homeschooling, and a cycle of medication and emergency room visits.
A short consultation is the first step. We review your history, current medication and any prior imaging before recommending treatment.
The clinic views chronic migraine as an imbalance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems rather than a purely central, lifelong brain disease. Treatment aims to restore that equilibrium and desensitise the hypersensitised sensory structures.
Simultaneous treatment of the trigeminal and greater occipital nerves, involved together in 90% of cases, resulted in the longest discontinuation of headaches in the clinic's experience.

The goal is long-term relief without the need for abortive or preventive drugs or lifestyle modification. Children aged ten and older tolerate the treatment well and may have a better chance of returning to everyday school life.
Treatment costs are kept affordable, payment plans are available, and follow-ups are free for ten years.
Migraine does not discriminate between age or gender, and patients of all ages are accepted. Acceptance depends on how long you have had migraine and facial pain. The treatment is recommended for patients aged 12–86.
Some insurers decline coverage because this is a new, uncoded form of treatment. Costs are kept affordable, payment plans are accepted, and touch-up treatments are free. Follow-up visits may be billed to insurance.
Health savings accounts and other providers may cover the full cost. The clinic can provide a treatment protocol, receipt and clinical data for you to submit, but cannot bill your insurer directly.
In the clinic's experience, relief is long-lasting. One long-term patient has been headache-free for more than seven years after thirty years of migraine with aura.
Standard or alternative medications are generally not recommended before or after treatment, and there is no need for lifestyle modification or a change of job.
